This course is not about performing on a stage but about refining your leadership skills in ways that resonate in your workplace.

Through hands-on exercises and discussions, you will develop skills to navigate uncertainty, inspire trust, and create a positive team culture. You will learn how to embrace "Yes, And" thinking to drive innovation, listen actively to build stronger relationships, and empower your team through collaborative problem-solving.
